As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service LeaseWeb provides, we want to inform you about the upcoming emergency maintenance on our network infrastructure.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the evening of Friday, October 13, 2017 between 23:00 and midnight local time (October 14, 2017 06:00 and 07:00 UTC) we will be performing an emergency network maintenance on our infrastructure in our datacenter LAX-11. During this maintenance period customers may experience a limited service interruption lasting up to 60 minutes.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to apply a software patch as advised by one of our vendors.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 1 hour, in which your services may become unreachable. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
