As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service LeaseWeb provides, we want to inform you about the upcoming emergency maintenance on our network infrastructure.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Today, between 16:00 and 16:30 CEST (14:00 and 14:30 UTC) we will be performing an emergency network maintenance on one of our distribution routers in our AMS-01 datacenter. 
During this maintenance window your services are at risk for 5 minutes. 

In case you have multiple servers with LeaseWeb, this maintenance will only affect those servers whose primary IP address falls within the following ranges:

WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?

This maintenance is needed to fix a software error and resolve connectivity issues that you might experience to certain destinations.


WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?

The expected maintenance window will be 30 minutes, in which your services may become unreachable for 5 minutes. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
