We would like to inform you about an upcoming emergency maintenance on the 4th of April 2017. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
HOW WILL THIS AFFECT ME?
On April 4th, between 02:00 AM and 04:00 AM (SGT), LeaseWeb will perform an emergency maintenance on our edge routers in SIN-11. No direct impact should be noticed during the maintenance window.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, this emergency maintenance is required to resolve an intermittent connectivity issue we linked to a software limitation. A software update will be applied to fix the issue.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 2 hours, in which your services will remain online and reachable. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
