Dear LeaseWeb customer,
Wednesday, the 16th of August 2017 between 07:00 and 12:00 CEST, we will perform maintenance on our LeaseWeb Cloud dashboard. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
During this time, the LeaseWeb Cloud dashboard is temporarily unavailable. This will affect all Cloud servers, Virtual servers and Private Cloud Management pages in the LeaseWeb Customer Portal and the respective API calls.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb will release new features in the Cloud dashboard. Some of these features include:
- Possibility to upgrade your VPS size from the Customer Portal
- Simplified Virtual Server listing page
- Extended API documentation for VPS
Our Cloud customers will receive more detailed correspondence once these new features are released.
WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
All your infrastructure will remain online and reachable during this maintenance.
