Wednesday, the 23rd of August 2017 between 07:00 and 10:00 CEST, we will perform maintenance on our LeaseWeb Cloud dashboard and Virtual Servers API. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
During this time, the LeaseWeb Cloud dashboard is temporarily unavailable. This will affect all Cloud servers, Virtual servers and Private Cloud Management pages in the LeaseWeb Customer Portal. Virtual Server API calls will be unavailable during the maintenance.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb will release new features in the Cloud dashboard and API. Some of these features include:
- New API functionality for Virtual Servers and Private Clouds.
- Improved data traffic information section in the Customer Portal for Cloud based products.
- Simplified Virtual Server listing page, with direct access to console.
WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
All your infrastructure will remain online and reachable during this maintenance. If you need to perform any urgent action that is unavailable in the Customer Portal or the API during this maintenance window, we will be able to assist you via firstname.lastname@example.org.
