As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming emergency maintenance. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
This afternoon the 23rd of October 2017, between 16:00 & 19:00 (CEST), LeaseWeb will perform a scheduled emergency maintenance on the automated installation services in the Netherlands, locations AMS-01 and AMS-11. Unfortunately, during this emergency maintenance it will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install, IPMI remote management reset and rescue mode of your dedicated server via the Customer Portal.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to do an emergency maintenance to fix ongoing issues mentioned in http://leasewebnoc.com/en/networkstatus/automated-installation-services-temporarily-unavailable
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected emergency maintenance window will be 3 hours. Your service(s) will be remain online and reachable. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the emergency maintenance in case any issues should arise.
