As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance on Monday December 12th 2016. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On December 12th of 2016, between 17:00 & 20:00 (CET), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on some parts of the automated services. Unfortunately, during this maintenance it will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install, IPMI remote management reset and rescue mode of your dedicated server via the Customer Portal.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 3 hours. Your service(s) will not be impacted during this maintenance window and will remain online and reachable. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
