Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about the upcoming Public Cloud dashboard maintenance. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 13th of December 2017, between 03:00 & 06:00 SGT (12th of December 2017, between 19:00 & 22:00 UTC), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on the VPS management servers of our Singapore Public Cloud platform. Unfortunately, during this maintenance the dashboard will be unavailable and it will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install, power management, attaching ISO’s images and accessing the console of your VPS.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date to ensure and guarantee the highest level of quality, performance and security.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 3 hours. Your VPS will not be impacted and will remain online and reachable during this maintenance window. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding this maintenance, our engineers are available at firstname.lastname@example.org.
