[Global] scheduled maintenance: Monthly Windows updates of LeaseWeb services
Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on Thursday the 19th of October 2017. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 19th of October 2017, between 08:30 & 11:00 (CEST), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on the Windows Webhosting platforms and on the automated installation services. Unfortunately, during this maintenance your Windows Webhosting Services will be unavailable and it will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install, IPMI remote management reset and rescue mode of your dedicated server via the Customer Portal.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 2,5 hours. Your Windows Webhosting service(s) will be impacted for approximately 10 minutes during this maintenance window. The automation services in the Customer Portal will be impacted for approximately 60 minutes during this maintenance window. We will do our absolute best to minimize these downtimes. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
