Network Maintenance Windows

[NL] Scheduled maintenance on the Linux Webhosting platform [Update]

[Update 11:45]
The maintenance window will be extended till 1:00 am the 14th of December. The downtime of the impacted Web Hosting services will remain the same for approximately 5 to 15 minutes within this time frame.

Dear customer,

We are writing to inform you that we will perform a scheduled maintenance on the Linux Web Hosting platform in the Netherlands to upgrade the Plesk, PHP and MySQL versions.

Start: 12th of December 22h00 (CET)
End: 13th December 12h00 (CET)

During this maintenance window, your Web Hosting services will become unavailable for approximately 5 to 15 minutes if you fall into one of these categories:
- your domain name resolves to IP address
- the Plesk host is on

During the unavailability of your website we will show a maintenance notification.

Because the new server is running on a different ip address your dns records need to be adjusted to which we will do for you as you are using the LeaseWeb authoritative nameservers for your domain.

If you have any database(s), then those will be migrated as well.

The host-name of the new database server is: “mysql01” or “”. We will change the connection to the database for your site. In case you still get a database error after migration please check if you connect to this new server before contacting us.

Plesk has released version 12.5 of its web control panel and we would like to see your websites enjoying the performance benefits of this latest version. We will also upgrade MySQL to 5.6.30. This ensures security, continuity and performance.

We expect no issues after this update, however, we cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party add-ons for website themes and additional plug-ins. Your Plesk login will change into your customer number without the country prefix. After the migration, we will send you an email with a link to change your Plesk credentials.

The changes are:

- New Plesk panel 12.5 available on
- New Plesk username
- New PHP version 5.6
- New MySQL version 5.6.30
- New storage, full SSD
