[HKG-10, SG] Connectivity issues between HKG and Europe [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb Customer, 

Our carrier fixed the connectivity issues they had and you shouldn't experience any more loss between HKG and Europe.

Dear LeaseWeb Customer, 

We are experiencing high latency and packet loss in our network in HKG-10 to/from European locations due to one of our carriers having loss to Europe. For the LeaseWeb locations in Europe we moved traffic away from this carrier, so connectivity should be fully restored, but for other networks you might still experience loss.
