[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in our Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers in WDC-01 [Update]
[FINAL UPDATE 11:02 CET]
The Cloud Servers platform is back online. We identified that due to the issues with the switches, the virtual routers of these servers became unresponsive. We have fixed all of them, and therefore the servers are reachable again.
If you are still experiencing any issue please send a support ticket or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We would like to thank you for your patience and apologise for the inconveniences that this might have caused you.
[UPDATE 10:30 CET]
The Virtual Servers platform is working again. If you are still experiencing any issue please send a support ticket or send an email to email@example.com. We identified that there were two separate issues. One of them was a malfunctioning internal switch, which one engineer in the data centre is replacing at this moment. Additionally, one of the public switches rebooted, which was the cause of the connectivity issues.
However, the issue is still not fixed for the Cloud Servers platform. We are investigating it and we will update you as soon as we have more information.
We will update this NOC as soon as we have more information.
[UPDATE 09:50 CET]
We are still investigating the issue, but unfortunately we could not find the root cause yet. We will keep updating this post regularly to keep you updated.
Dear LeaseWeb customer,
We are experiencing connectivity issues in some of our Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers in WDC-01 data center. We are currently investigating the root cause and will provide an update once more information is available.
Due to the connectivity issues some of the Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers might be unreachable from the internet. Some of our applications such as the Customer Portal Cloud section, the Cloud API and the Virtual Servers API might show errors when at least one of your servers is affected.
