[SG] Connectivity issues in our Virtual Servers in SIN-11 [Update]

All affected Virtual Servers are now running again. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

Most of the Virtual Servers are up and running. We are working on getting back online the remaining servers.

We will update this NOC when we have more information.

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

We have fixed the issue that was causing the Virtual Servers to be unreachable. From this moment, they will gradually start to come back.

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

We are experiencing connectivity issues in some of our Virtual Servers in SIN-11 data center. The root cause has been identified and we are working on a solution.

Due to the connectivity issues some of the Virtual Servers might be unreachable from the internet. Some of our applications such as the Customer Portal Cloud section, the Cloud API and the Virtual Servers API might show errors when at least one of your servers is affected.

We will update you as soon as we have more information available.
