The cause of the issues was traced to a possible hardware related fault. Further investigations will be performed to determine if such issues can be mitigated in the future. Connectivity has been restored and no packet loss should be present at this time. If you are experiencing otherwise, please contact our Support department (support@leaeweb.com).
