[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

[UPDATE 00:40]

The technical failure within our backbone network has been isolated and subsequently resolved.

A failure with one of our DWDM systems caused multiple connection channels to go down.

Network traffic which was diverted previously should now traverse its original path again.

If you are still experiencing connectivity issues at this time, please open a ticket via the LeaseWeb Customer Portal, or contact us at support@leaseweb.com.

[UPDATE 23:55]

Our engineers are still working on resolving this matter as soon as possible.

We will have another update once more information becomes available.
