[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

All services should now be fully restored, the cause of the issue was traced to a card failure on a WDM system.

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

Since 15:40H EDT no further network impact should be observed. Our engineers have actively re-routed traffic.

Our engineers are still working on resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

Since 14:30H EDT you might have experienced packet loss or higher latency in our WDC-01 data center.

The root cause has been traced to a technical failure in our backbone network. Our engineers are currently investigating this matter and traffic has immediately been re-routed until the issue is solved.

For the duration of this failure, you might experience higher than normal latency to certain destinations.

Updates will follow when we have more information, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
