At this moment we have restored service to the vast majority of the affected customers, and continue our efforts at restoring service to the remainder. Our on site data center engineers and our support engineers are monitoring the situation closely. 

We will update you again as soon as the situation is completely resolved.

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

Today, at approximately 01:15am UTC, we were alerted by our monitoring systems about issues in our NYC-11 facility. It appears to be related to a power outage.

This power outage might result in unavailability of your services. 

Our data center engineers are on-site to investigate the cause of this issue with the highest priority. Please be assured that we will do our utmost best to keep the downtime as short as possible.

We will update you again as soon as we have more information.
