[HKG-10, SG] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb Customer, 

Unfortunately we did experienced one of the links being congested again, which might have caused impact on your services at the HKG-10 data center. We have solved the issue by performing more traffic engineering on our links.

Dear LeaseWeb Customer, 

After load balancing traffic for the affected capacity, connectivity in our HKG-10 datacenter has become stable again.

Our engineers are closely monitoring the situation, and currently no further network impact should be observed.

Our engineers are currently working on load-balancing traffic for the affected links. More updates will follow once available.

We are currently experiencing issues in our HKG-10 data center. 
The root cause has been traced to the connection between us and one of our carriers. Our engineers are working on a solution.

For the duration of this issue, you might experience packet loss or higher than normal latency to certain destinations. 
Updates will follow when we have more information, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
