The root cause has been traced to routing issues within our network.  Our engineers have taken action in order to mitigate this.

We are closely monitoring connectivity, and as of now, no further impact has been observed.

You may have experienced connectivity issues between 14:13 UTC and 14:23 UTC in our SIN-11 data center. No connectivity issues can be reproduced from our end at this time.

Our engineers are currently looking into the exact cause of the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
