At this moment we have restored service to the vast majority of the affected customers, and continue our efforts at restoring service to the remainder. Our onsite data center engineers and our support engineers are monitoring the situation closely.
We will update you again as soon as the situation is completely resolved.

Today, at approximately 04:45am EDT, we were alerted by our monitoring systems about issues in our WDC-01 facility. It appears to be related to a power outage.
This power outage might result in unavailability of your services.
Our data center engineers are on-site to investigate the cause of this issue with the highest priority. Please be assured that we will do our utmost to keep the downtime as short as possible.
