Our data center facility has mitigated the cooling issues and temperatures are getting back to normal.

Once the temperatures have been completely stabilized we will inform you again.

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

Today, at approximately 10:45pm EDT, we were alerted by our monitoring systems about issues in our WDC-01 facility. It appears to be related to a cooling issue.

This cooling issue might result in unavailability of your services. 

Our data center engineers are on-site to investigate the cause of this issue with the highest priority. Please be assured that we will do our utmost to keep the downtime as short as possible.

We will update you again as soon as we have more information.
