Connectivity in HKG is also stabilized at this time -- No other connectivity issues are present at this time. If you are experiencing otherwise, please contact Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The root cause of the issue was traced to a misconfiguration on our side. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

The connectivity issue has been resolved in our SIN-10 and SIN-11 data centers. You might still be experiencing connectivity issue in HKG-10 and HKG-12 data centers.
Our support engineers are monitoring the situation closely and we will keep you updated.
