Following the connectivity issues in our FRA-10 Datacenter, you might experience downtime in your Virtual Server. The root cause is identified and we are recovering the impacted servers at this moment. During this time your Virtual Server can have intermittent connection.

Issue has been fixed. If you notice that your Virtual Server is powered off, you can safely power it on now. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or open a ticket via the Customer Portal (secure.leaseweb.com) in case your server is not coming back online.
