[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]
Dear Leaseweb Customer,
All connections have been stable since the last update, we are suspecting a cooling issue that caused the line cards on the core router to flap.
We took the necessary actions to mitigate the problem and we will plan a maintenance to further improve the cooling.

Since 17:49 UTC the connectivity is stable and traffic levels have returned to normal. We are still monitoring the situation and we are analyzing the root cause of the incident.

Issue has reoccured again, We are facing an issue with one of our Core Devices. We are currently investigating the issue and will keep you posted once we have an update.
Between 16:00 and 16:20 UTC, you might have experienced connectivity issues on your services in our AMS-01 datacenter. All connections have been restored and we are investigating the cause of this disturbance.
