As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service LeaseWeb provides, we want to inform you about the upcoming emergency maintenance on our network infrastructure.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 19th of December 2017, between 06:00 and 09:00 EST (11:00 and 14:00 UTC time), we will be replacing the failed routing engine and perform redundancy tests on the core router in our WDC-01 location. During this maintenance your network connection will remain online as traffic will be rerouted.

WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to perform this emergency maintenance in order to address the failed Routing Engine in one of our core routers
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 3 hours, in which your services will remain online and reachable. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
