[NL] Scheduled maintenance: Mail platform maintenance
Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance window on the mail platform. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 15th of August 2017, between 00:01 & 3:00 (CEST), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on the mail hosting platform in the Netherlands. During this maintenance window, the storage of the mail hosting platform will be upgraded and expanded. Emails that are received will be stored in the queue and will be pushed through after the maintenance is performed.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date and secure.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 3 hours. Your mail services will be impacted for approximately 1 hour during this maintenance window. We will do our absolute best to minimize this downtime. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
