[Global] Scheduled maintenance: Monthly Linux updates of LeaseWeb services
Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance on Thursday the 9th of November 2017. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 9th of November 2017, between 06:00 & 12:00 (CET), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on the Customer Portal, the Linux Webhosting platforms and the Shared Email Services. Unfortunately, during this maintenance the Customer Portal and your webhosting services will be unavailable. It will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install, IPMI remote management reset and rescue mode of your dedicated server via the Customer Portal.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 6 hours. Your service(s) will be impacted for approximately 10 minutes during that maintenance window. We will do our absolute best to minimize this downtime. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
