[Global] Scheduled maintenance: Monthly updates of VMware private cloud and VEEAM Services
Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 31st of May 2018, between 06:00 & 09:00 (CEST), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on the VMware vCenter and vCloud portal services. LeaseWeb will also perform scheduled maintenance on the VEEAM infrastructure.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window for the vCenter/vCloud portal services will be 3 hours in which the portal will be unavailable for about 30 minutes. Your instances will remain online and reachable. The expected maintenance window for the VEEAM environment will be 3 hours in which the VEEAM environment will be unavailable for about 30 minutes. During this time, you will not be able to perform backup or restore operations. We will do our absolute best to minimize these downtimes. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
