Dear Leaseweb customer,
Because of ongoing incident with one of our suppliers, we have less capacity on our backbone. As performing maintenance on one of the core routers would further decrease this by half, we decided to postpone this scheduled work until backbone capacity is restored to normal.
Maintenance will be rescheduled.
As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service Leaseweb provides, we want to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on our network infrastructure.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On Monday, August 6, at 5:00 - 08:00 SGT (August 5 - 6, between 23:00 - 02:00 CEST), we will be performing a network maintenance on our infrastructure in Singapore, SIN-10 and SIN-11 locations. During this maintenance the network connection might experience a brief interruption to your services.
In case you have multiple servers with Leaseweb, this maintenance will only affect those servers whose primary IP address falls within the following ranges:
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
Leaseweb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to upgrade the hardware on one of our core routers.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 3 hours, in which your services might experience a brief interruption of the network connection. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding this maintenance, our engineers are available at firstname.lastname@example.org
Data center naming system is explained here: http://www.leaseweb.com/en/about-us/data-centers
