[Global] Scheduled maintenance: Scheduled maintenance: CloudStack Public Cloud and CloudStack Private Cloud [Update]

Dear Leaseweb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on our CloudStack management server. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Between 21st of August until 3rd of September 2018, between 09:00 & 17:00 (CEST), Leaseweb will perform scheduled maintenance on CloudStack Public Cloud and CloudStack Private Cloud. Your services and the CloudStack UI will remain online and available but the operations on VMs or Networks and accessing the console will temporarily be unavailable for a short period of time.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
Leaseweb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, this maintenance is required to ensure all our systems are up to date to guarantee quality, performance and security. This update is done also in light of the L1TF speculative vulnerability.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window for the Cloudstack portal services will be 3 hours in which the portal will be unavailable for about 30 minutes. Your instances will remain online and reachable. We will do our absolute best to minimize these downtimes. Leaseweb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
