Dear Leaseweb Customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance on Tuesday the 12th of June 2018. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 12th of June 2018, between 08:30 & 16:00 (CEST), we will be upgrading the vCenter server of VMware platform located in The Netherlands.
During this upgrade you will be unable to login to 'https://enterprise-nl.leaseweb.com' and backup tools integrated with vCenter will also be unavailable during this time.
Your VM(‘s) will remain up and running and you will still be able to use Remote Desktop Services or SSH to directly access your VM.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
Leaseweb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date.
WHAT WILL CHANGE?
This new vCenter version offers a partial HTML5 web client and does no longer support the native (thick) client. This means that you will need to use the web client after the upgrade has completed.
LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
