Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service LeaseWeb provides, we want to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on our storage network infrastructure.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 21st of November 2017, between 23:00 and the 22nd of November 03:00 (CET), we will be performing a maintenance on our storage network infrastructure in the Netherlands (AMS-01 datacenter). This maintenance window is the second part out of two. The storage network in question serves storage for the following products:
- CloudStack Resource pool platform (NL)
- vCloud Resource pool platform (NL)
- VMware Single Tenant Private Cloud (NL)
During this maintenance your storage connection will remain online and reachable.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to perform a capacity upgrade on our storage network infrastructure. This is the second part of the maintenance of http://leasewebnoc.com/en/maintenance/scheduled-maintenance-vmware-cloudstack-private-clouds which was performed on the 17th of October 2017.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 4 hours, in which your services will remain online and reachable. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
