Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 8th of August 2018, between 09:00 & 11:00 (CEST), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on the vCloud portal services.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date. In this maintenance we are upgrading our vCloud Director service to version 9.1. One of the highlights of this release is the new HTML5 tenant portal. After the upgrade you can access the new HTML5 portal using the following entry: https://vcrp01nl.leaseweb.com/tenant// (i.e. https://vcrp01nl.leaseweb.com/tenant/TEST001/). The non-HTML5 client will still be available on its original URL. Do note, that the HTML5 client is not as fully featured as the old client, however you will be able to manage your vApp/VM/Library and your network.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
During the upgrade the vCloud Director portal will be unavailable for about 30 minutes. Your instances will remain online and reachable. We will do our absolute best to minimize the downtime. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding this maintenance, our engineers are available at email@example.com.
