[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]
Dear LeaseWeb Customer,
Between 12:40h - 13:00h CET you might have experienced packet loss to parts of our AMS-01 datacenter.
Our engineers have identified the cause to be related with one of our carriers.
We are in contact with them for root cause analysis.
[UPDATE 15:00 CET]
The carrier confirmed that the issues in their network infrastructure have been identified and resolved.
Measures have been taken so that similar issues will not take place again.
