[HKG-10, SG] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]


Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

The root cause of the issue has been traced to a network device which is part of our transport network.

We rebooted the device and normal operations have been restored. The connections are stable for more then 45 minutes.

We will continue to closely monitor the setup.

We are experiencing connectivity issues in our HKG-10 datacenter. You might experience packet loss or higher latency to/from certain destinations on the internet.
