[DE, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

The faulty device causing connectivity issues has been taken out of production and traffic re-routed.. No packet loss or higher latency should be present at this time. A separate maintenance window will be planned to restore redundancy.

The cause of the issue appears to be hardware related -- our engineers are still working on a solution at this time.

You might experience packet loss or higher latency to/from certain destinations on the internet. 

Our engineers are currently troubleshooting the issue further and will provide you with an update as soon as possible.
