[DE, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]


Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

Between 12:50 - 13:00 CEST you might have experienced higher than usual latency or packet loss to and from our FRA-10 data center.

The issue was caused by another wave flap from one of our providers.

Currently the affected capacity is back in production, however our engineers are closely monitoring the situation, and we will take preemptive measures if needed to re-route traffic in order to minimize impact to your services.

You may have experienced connectivity issues between 00:17 CEST and 00:40 CEST. This was caused by flapping waves from one of our providers. 

Action has been taken to mitigate this and all services are now restored.
