[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]
Dear Leaseweb customer,
The root cause was traced back to a memory issue on one of our core routers, which caused the BGP sessions to drop. In order to improve stability and performance of the router, we will schedule an emergency maintenance to upgrade the software version on this core router.
We will notify you via a separate email with the date/time and impact of the emergency software upgrade.
Dear Leaseweb Customer,
We experienced network connectivity issues between 14:30 and 14:50 UTC on one of our core routers which affected the whole AMS-01 datacenter. During the event we noticed that some of the BGP sessions on one of the core routers flapped which caused the issues to happen.
We will further investigate the root cause and follow up with the appropriate actions.
Please contact our support team if you are currently still experiencing network connectivity issues within the AMS-01 datacenter.
