[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]


The cause of the incident was traced to a software related issue which caused the BGP process to drop some sessions resulting in congestion.

The issue is now mitigated and we will investigate the root cause and apply a proper fix in a later date.

At this moment we are experiencing network issues in our AMS-01 data center.  

Our engineers are working on this issue with the highest priority. 

Please be assured that we will do our utmost to get the service working normally again.
