The faulty line card has been successfully replaced.

The remaining affected links are now being brought back into production.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues in part of our AMS-01 network caused by a router line card failure.

On-site engineers are in the process of replacing the faulty hardware to restore connectivity as soon as possible.

You might experience partial or total connectivity loss if your servers are part of the below subnets:
